Store Policy

  • All orders with incorrect addresses will be refunded. 

  • Customers will be charged a fee if the item is shipped and sent back due to incorrect address.

  • Made to order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

  • We accept orders worldwide.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect and the item is in stock.

  •  We cannot accept requests for changing the color or size. Replacement is only acceptable for the same color and size.

  • If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.

Return Policy

  • Exchanges must be processed within 14 days of shipment date.

  • Items must be unwashed and unworn in their original condition.

  • Please include a note with your full name and order number.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Once Again – All clothing and accessories should be returned in the condition in which they were received, and should not been worn.

Anything related to Returning, missing merchandise, changing Delivery Address, and/or Exchanging any orders that have already been placed, fill out the form in the Returns/Exchanges/Missing Items link. Thank you.

  • All orders will be packaged about 1 week after purchase. Pre-orders may take up to 4-6 weeks.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, once your order is ready to be shipped or has been shipped.

  • Domestic orders typically take 2-5 business days to be delivered.

  • International orders typically take 5-10 business days to be delivered.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS from our headquarters in Orange County, CA.

  • Please expect delays during and after the holidays, sales, pre-orders and special events.

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
